Did you know that your business solves a problem for your customer? It doesn’t matter what business you have. They have a problem and your products or services offers a solution.
When you look at the problems your business solves, it’s gives you opportunities to shift your social media posts, website copy or even your flyers to show how you solve their problems.
Here’s a few examples from some of my customer’s:
- You sell bows for babies – my daughter didn’t have hair until she was almost 2, so I needed something to make her look like a girl. 😉
- You clean homes – families are running kids to all the different activities (before, after or even during work), so they haven’t had a chance to deep clean their bathrooms from weeks.
- You sell essential oils – many people are looking for more holistic approaches to their health and need options.
- You wrote a book on how to pray – people are overwhelmed with the thought of “fitting” prayer into their schedules and your book shows them how to be intentional and conversational in their prayers.
- You sell coffee – everyone (or almost everyone LOL) is looking for a good cup of coffee that’ll give them the boost to make it through their dreary Monday.
Customer Problem = you are a solution
So…what problems does your business solve for your customers? Write them down and start figuring out ways you can incorporate them into your marketing.
